Our research into purchasing a new Honda CRV brought us to this dealership because of their great reputation. Our sales consultant Nader Awad was so professional and personable that he did not disappoint us. He discussed the vehicle purchase with us "not at us". All details were discussed upfront and openly. There were no pressure tactics or constant trips to the backroom to talk to the "Big Boss". His customer service is A+. We received the exact vehicle that we came to purchase and at a great price! Only four business days after driving home with the CRV we've already received three follow-up customer service calls. When one the the vehicles we were considering turned out to not be suitable for our needs, Jeff did not give it a second thought. The vehicle we finally did pick had some minor cosmetic issues, which they IMMEDIATELY rectified within 24 hours. The whole experience from everyone involved was respectful of my family's needs but most importantly conducted on a human level that took it from a sales experience to a collaborative effort. We had spent the last two days searching not only in New Jersey but also in New York trying to find a quality car with low mileage that my son could afford. We had visited several dealerships where the salesmen were too busy to even notice that we had walked in the door and once we were lucky enough to capture their attention for a few minutes, we were met with rudeness and left knowing that we had wasted our time. Even if the perfect car were there, I felt as if these dealerships did not deserve our business. And then, finally, Jeff Gutkind, our salesman from DCH Kay Honda impressed us beyond our expectations by being kind, straight-forward, knowledgeable and helping us to find a 2010 Honda Civic that looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor and was in my son's price range. Even the mileage was lower than we had expected for him to be able to afford. The process was easy, he had the car prepped and cleaned quickly and my son drove off in his new car in no time. I can't say enough about how happy we were. We have owned several Hondas through the years and we know that the next time we are in a market for a new car, which will actually be relatively soon since we have two Hondas with over 150,000 miles on each of them, we will visit DCH Kay Honda and ask for Jeff. Perfect First-Time Buying Experience My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey minivan from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown and had a fantastic buying experience. With several deal My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey minivan from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown and had a fantastic buying experience. With several dealerships located within thirty minutes of our home, we opted ultimately to visit DCH Kay in Eatontown because of their selection of vehicles. While most dealerships had only one model to show us, DCH Kay had several including the two that we were interested in. We were greeted promptly and courteously upon arriving at the dealership and were asked if we had spoken to anyone over the phone. After informing them of our contact (Megan Eaton), we were quickly introduced to her. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Eaton brought us over to Anthony Breaud, the sales associate who ultimately helped us to complete our purchase. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was engaging and took the time to listen to our specifications, answering our questions knowledgeably and courteously. Before long, he was pulling up a brand new Odyssey EX-L for us to explore. After going over the vehicle's features and showing us around the interior, he then offered to let me take it on a test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, Anthony and I sat down and discussed my possible purchase of the vehicle. The price that was offered was extremely reasonable and, after discussing and negotiating a few ancillary items, the transaction was complete. The entire discussion took less than an hour. As a first-time new car buyer, I can attest to the ease and comfort of the experience. Anthony created a no-stress, low-pressure environment and engaged me in an actual dialogue, never pushing me to do something I didn't want to and instead offering alternatives and explaining them along the way. Ultimately, we agreed upon a fair price that covered both the vehicle and a few additional items. Simply put, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, you'd be hard pressed to find a better location than the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown.
