Great experience with Steve! Walked in here after looking on the website for a 2017 Accord Hybrid. Steve was quick to greet me and show me the available cars on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and anything he did not know he was willing to admit and he asked other sales people. On day one we all but signed the paperwork as I was not with my wife and we were still a bit off on the numbers. After leaving he kept in touch via email and phone and the next day we agreed upon terms for the car. After getting to the dealership on day 2 we already knew the figures we were looking at and there were no surprises. The paperwork did take a really long time even though they knew we were in a rush. All in all, it still was better than previous buying experiences. More

Was willing to purchase vehicle for full asking price, but the Dealer fees and Mandatory Extras(Window Etching on a 2006) added over $500 in additional costs on the car. Originally called numerous times and left my number and never got a call back. Disappointed this time! More
