I Received a notice regarding financing after purchasing my car. I became very upset as I did not understand what it was about. I called the dealership to speak with Salesperson and finance person. I felt I was brushed off by both! Was basically told they were very busy, and would get back to me on Monday. That would NOT have been the case if they were waiting to close the deal! I am very disappointed. I had such a great feeling when I purchased the car... They got the sale and I guess that's all that mattered. I feel now that it's once again, "All about the money!" More

DCH Kay Honda I was in the market for a car for my mom after hers had come off its lease. I had recently leased a Hybrid Honda Accord for my two boys and had a ver I was in the market for a car for my mom after hers had come off its lease. I had recently leased a Hybrid Honda Accord for my two boys and had a very good experience. I went back and got my mom a non-Hybrid version given her driving habits. (She doesn't drive nearly as many miles as my two boys.) I went in and spoke to Ray Furslew again and he was extremely helpful. Ask for Ray when you go to DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. More
