This dealership was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a specific car (Honda Civic Hybrid), and in other dealerships the sales people had tried to talk us into a different car (non-hybrid Civi looking for a specific car (Honda Civic Hybrid), and in other dealerships the sales people had tried to talk us into a different car (non-hybrid Civic) due to the shortage of the hybrid vehicles. I typically do not like dealing with Sales people in general. The worst kinds are Car sales people. But I have to honestly make an exception for David Giotta and Chris the finance employee. We had visited many dealers from many different car companies. David’s excellent customer relationship clearly outperformed the others. Two aspects of Davis’s character stood out. First, he provided us with transportation to return our rental car. This was clearly beyond the call of duty. Second, my wife is Greek and he knew a few words in Greek that opened up the conversation for great fun. I gained greater respect for David’s cultural worldliness as a result. Oh yes, did I mention that he also showed us every feature and gadget in the car. You would be surprised how many car sales people never even did that for us. Selling the car should be a fundamental duty of the job. David did this and then some more by exhibiting a character that puts him in a rank all by itself. Thanks David. Chris also played a great roll in the selling of the car. He was very funny and explained clearly all the options of the finance deal. I can only praise him for offering us a superb interest rate. I hope that this helps paint a picture of the winning team at Kay Honda in New Jersey. I have been a long time Toyota owner, but these two employees helped me make the switch to Honda. More

The price was great, the delvery of the vehicle was great, the sales man was great. But the experience afterwards with this whole registration was not pleasant and now creates a lot of work for me to take time off work. More

The reason why I would recommend Kay Honda is mainly because of customer service. I feel like the staff have my best interest in mind and are willing to go the extra mile to provide comfort, ease and pe because of customer service.
