I ordered an Orange Fit Sport Manual in Sept 2008, and was told it needed to be ordered, as there were none in stock. I was advised the Fit should arrive somewhere between Thanksgving and Christmas. I lost the buyer I had for my old car because it took so long to get the Fit. I had phoned Tom Weiss a couple of times inquiring about the delivery date. I also told him I not only lost my buyer, but that my old cars value depreciated during long wait it took to get my Honda. He told me he would look into the possibility of getting floor mats included in the agreed price of the Fit. When I came in to pick up the car Tom was on vacation and no one knew anything about the mats. I felt that I should get the mats with the car, I was told I could have them for cost. I was told I could have the mats at no additional cost if I recommended two of my friends who are considering the purchasing Hondas and they actually purchase them from you. I feel that DCH Honda should absorb the cost of the mats, considering the loss the long wait has cost me in not only the sale of my old car, but in addition the loss due to the depreciation and mileage put on during the long wait. I also wanted to register the Fit at Motor Vehicle myself and was advised that in NJ only the dealership could register a new car. That is not true, and I did register it myself. More

Danny was very responsive to our questions and very friendly. He left us with the feeling that he was very honest on the pricing as we purchased this through Costco. He did go over the features of the car since we were not familiar with the navagation system and some of the newer features that Honda has added to the new models. More

Both my wife and I had a very positive experiance at Kay Honda. David Giotta, our salesman, was very courtious and there was no pressure to make a purchase. We took the information home and compared it with Consumer's Report and found it to be in line with a fair price. I test drove both a demo model and a few days later the actual Accord that we wanted to purchase. When we went back to take possession of the car, it was cleaned both inside and out, with a full tank of gas and completely ready to drive home. This was not a "hostile" atmosphere as we were made to feel comfortable at the dealership. More

I fear buying automobiles due to my lack of knowledge about same, and buying my last certified used proved a wonderful experience, so as soon as I knew it was time to make anohter purchase I called to ensure he was still there and my second experience was as good as the first. He is an outstanding man of integrity and knowledge and never ever pushes. I too am a sales person so appreciate the sale, but Art knows the real sale is making people feel comfortable and understanding everyone likes to buy but most people hate to be sold to. You have an exceptional person working for you and I am sure his sales prove that, but I also hope you recognize this employee. We had spoken with Danny in advance of coming in for a test drive. We had gone through Costco and they had sent us to Kay Honda. We looked around for other cars. He had come back with an offer. We came in for a test drive and knew right then thats the car we would get. The car was on the lot. We signed the papers and picked up our car.
