Best Honda Dealer in Central Jersey I live in Morris County and I tried to buy a Certified Pre Owned Honda Pilot from several Dealers in my area because I wanted to buy locally. I had no luck at all with the 5 or 6 dealers I tried in my area. I decided to take the ride down to DCH Honda, and it was well worth the ride. My salesman was Art Smith and he was by far the most helpful salesman I dealt with in my search for a car. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The car I wanted was a little more than my budget allowed. The Used Car Manager Vincent Zerbo stepped in to help everything fall in place and I left there with the car I wanted. Vincent stepped up and gave me a very fair price for my trade and made sure I left there a happy camper. I can't say enough good things about this dealership to do it justice. All I can say is that this is the best car buying experience I ever had in my entire lifetime. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend you give this dealership a shot and you will be glad you did. Not too good follow-up I bought a car with the used dealership and everything looks great. The fact that I had to wait for my title for 18days after being given a 20-day tem I bought a car with the used dealership and everything looks great. The fact that I had to wait for my title for 18days after being given a 20-day temporary tag didn't go down well with me. After several calls on many days after the sale, I was eventually sent the document. The document states if not presented within 10days, a fee will be charged - which was rightly charged. I had to go to the BMV on the last day of validity to avoid a suspension according to state requirements in the SNOW and definitely a long wait unplanned. Everything else was good but the followup was not the best if I had to call several times to get a documentation I should have received on the sale date or few days later - especially when I had placed a deposit before sale date. More
