He handled the process very professionally. They sent the paperwork overnight and paid for me to send it back overnight. Jeff even took a call when I was at the BMV and needed additional paperwork for licensing. He stopped what he was doing immediately, went and found the necessary documentation, and faxed it to the license branch so I did not have to make s second trip. This is true service after the sale.
