I want to acknowledge James for going the extra mile to help me receive compensation for an item that had to be repaired after we left the dealership. Since we live over 70 miles away from the dealership w help me receive compensation for an item that had to be repaired after we left the dealership. Since we live over 70 miles away from the dealership we went to the Honda dealership closest our home. We were advised by that dealership that the service was not covered and we had to pay a bill of $69.82. I contacted James and advised him of the situation. James made sure we received compensation for the service which was not covered. More
