I know he gets paid to upsell, he was thoruough and courteous. First time I have not found unwanted items added to the financing cost. Key to our long term relationship for my wife will be the service area. We are scheduled for May. The best was he lived up to the internet quoted price. The young lady that handled the finance portion of the deal was extremly nice. Explained all aspects of the loan & interest. Was not pushey on the optional items (extended warranty, lojack) etc. I was presented with a clean (inside and out vehicle). My salesman explained all the bells and buzzers and service indicators.
