They worked out a deal by Steve coming out to my car while my granddaughter slept a number of times with questions and paper work for me to sign. We came back two days later without my granddaughter Evelyn and closed the deal Steve couldn't have been nicer and very knowledgeable about all the new features on our new Accord. Steve Chung our finance guy made our final paperwork go as smooth as glass, what a true professional. Steve has personality plus. Normally I hate this part but with Steve it was the best ever in the box time. More

The salesman and sales manager seemed disinterested and we certainly wanted to buy a car more than they wanted to sell one. Their casual attitude included not returning phone calls and absolutely no follow up from the dealership to try to make a deal. We took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience - there are way too many Honda dealers in the area to settle for this type of indifference. Very disappointed that so much has changed at Kay Honda - I will not return. More
