This was my third car purchased at DCH Kay Honda. Purchasing a car at Kay Honda is like buying a car from your sister. It is the most comfortable you will ever feel purchasing a car. No gimmicks or lies, just straight forward prices and honesty. My salesman was Willie Daniels. Willie was patient and courtieous. I felt like he was on my side of the deal as we reached a price we were comfortable with. He was an absolute gentleman. The finance manager was Armando Lopez. He was our previous salesman. I felt like I was visiting my brother I hadn't seen in a few years. He came right over and said Hello. Amazingly he new my name as soon as I walked in. My experience at this dealership was excellent. When I arrived my Salesperson, Jessica Wendling, was finishing up with another customer. No pressure, no looking over my shoulder, just being treated as a potential customer. True to her word, when I returned to the showroom, she was waiting for me. Our discussions and negotiations were honest, fair and quite frankly, rather easy. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, I was on my way out with a new car. I can honestly say that my experience with Jessica was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jessica was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and direct. She was interested in what I wanted and never made feel pressured to make a quick decision. Our negotiations were quick, professional and there was very little back and forth fighting over a few dollars. We had a really great experience with DCH Kay Honda. We solicited email price quotes from 10 dealerships in NJ and PA. This one had the lowest price, and Steve Simon, our salesperson, did a great job summ solicited email price quotes from 10 dealerships in NJ and PA. This one had the lowest price, and Steve Simon, our salesperson, did a great job summarizing all the costs completely. So, despite the fact that this was the furthest dealership from us, we packed up our two kids and drove over an hour to Eatontown to buy our Odyssey. Steve was friendly, patient (with the kids!) and honest. Did I mention honest? Armando in the Business Office was also a pleasure to deal with, and when it came time to review the expense sheet, the costs we had discussed were all there and there were no surprises. Steve gave us a great tour of the car's features after we had purchased it, and he called us the next business day to see if we had any questions. From our dealings with all the staff, including the sales manager, it was clear that this dealership prizes honesty and customer service and believes that a good reputation is the secret to success. He and the finance manager Victor is THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE WORLD!!!!! They worked so hard and diligently to get me everything that I wanted and the payment that I wanted to have as well. They would not stop until I was happy and drove away in a nice car. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone that I know. When I finaly started car shopping, I went to several dealers but felt pressured and just could not find the right car. I never really considered a Honda before, but Steve told me that what he buys and really made me understand the performance, value and safety I would be getting.
