WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - LIES LIES AND MORE LIES This was actually the worst car buying experience of my life at any Honda Dealership, and my wife and I have been driving Hondas for 27 years. I had This was actually the worst car buying experience of my life at any Honda Dealership, and my wife and I have been driving Hondas for 27 years. I had actually gotten an out the door price over the phone from DCH Kay Honda, and I made sure I got them to include in the price all the taxes, fees, and all other costs. The Out the Door price for the 2015 Honda Accord Sport was 24,616 all in. I made sure I told them over the phone the exact upgrades I wanted, and the price from the competing dealership. They were about $50 more than Coast Honda, but Coast could not get the car for 3-5 more days. After getting of the phone with Susan, the Internet sales person, I went right to the dealership. That is when the fun began (haha). They typical card dealer lies, BS, and routine that has given car salesman a bad name. The first price breakdown they gave me was for $25,950, over $1,300 more than what was agreed to over the phone. Oh yeah, and I got the first lie which was that the sales manager was pissed at the selling price. Lie #1, why would the automated email that goes out to anyone that clicks on the "Get Quote" button on Edmunds, or KBB or any other web site have a price that would "piss off the sales manager". Right? Then the salesman disappears for 15 minutes, and comes back with another price that was still $1000 over the agreed upon price. Then he has me sign my name next to a statement that I will drive the car off the lot if I get the price of $24,616. He comes back again with a price that is still $350 more than the agreed upon price. Next, I get the General Manager trying to convince me this was the best they could do, and he finally takes off another $100. It was a series of lies, after lies, after lies. I spent 2 hours getting ABUSED by the salesman and General Manager, and was finally walked, all over $200. I sat and listened to the sales people on either side of me with customers, and the sales people were pulling the same crap and telling the same lies. Obviously they are all trained to lie, cheat, and steal from the customers. I ended up purchasing the same exact car from DCH Academy Honda and had the best experience ever and actually got an even better price than what was quoted over the phone by Kay Honda. It is crazy how 2 companies with the same exact parent company DCH Group, have totally different approaches to customer service. Obviously the management at Kay Honda needs a refresher on how to treat the customer. Morales, ethics, and pure being a human being are checked at the door when DCH Kay Honda employees arrive at work. More

Great sales person with excellent deals. Steve Gallo was a great help and s joy to work with. Returned our 2012 Crosstour and replaced it with a new 2015 with all the b with excellent deals.
