At Kay Honda everyone was friendly, there was a large selection of cars, and Steve Morse was very patient in answering my questions and concerns. I put off buying a car for 6 months because it is such a selection of cars, and Steve Morse was very patient in answering my questions and concerns. I put off buying a car for 6 months because it is such a tedious and expensive task. When I finaly started car shopping, I went to several dealers but felt pressured and just could not find the right car. I never really considered a Honda before, but Steve told me that what he buys and really made me understand the performance, value and safety I would be getting. The Honda I bought exceeds all my expectations and drives like a dream - I am highly satisfied. I'm already planning my next purchase from Kay Honda. More

Brian was truly a pleasure to work with, he took the time to understand my needs and made the car buying experience as simple as possible. He greeted me with a warm welcome, genuine smile along with and a ha to understand my needs and made the car buying experience as simple as possible. He greeted me with a warm welcome, genuine smile along with and a handshake. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Brian answered all of my questions (which were plentiful) and explained everything to me, which was essential as I was a first time buyer at a dealership. He definitely valued me as a customer and took the time to help me with searching for the perfect vehicle. He even followed up with me during the hours I requested due to the busy holiday schedule. Not to mention the Hot Cocoa and Christmas cookies that were an added bonus while at the dealership. I strongly recommend going to DCH Kay Honda and asking for Brian to help you through the process. I would recommend him and DCH Kay Honda to anyone. Another strong recommendation for Pete (Aka Pistol Pete) the finance gentleman who was great to deal with as well. More
