Of course, once the deal was made, the finance office has a shot at changing all that, but the young lady who processed my purchase was polite, and able to take no for an answer without trying to make me feel like I would be making the biggest mistake of my life by rejecting Kay Honda's offer of jacking the price by 33% for their extended warranties, I'm very happy with my new Honda and happy with the way I was treated at Kay Honda.
