Your dealership made what is normally a very stressfull shopping experience for me, a surprisingly pleasant one. I told Mike what I wanted and he helped me with that, he did not pressure me to look at som shopping experience for me, a surprisingly pleasant one. He heard what I said and worked with me and that was great. Mike also helped me with the return of the car I had been leasing and had it all ready for me to turn in "across the street" and I appreciated that. I have to say the only negative feeling I had was when I was taken back to the service department. The person I was introduced to (I don't remember his name)first took a couple minutes to even look up from what he was doing, rushed thru the service items, and did not seem genuinely interested in meeting a new customer.
