We went to the Honda and to Nissan delerships based on Consumer Reports BEST BUY recommendations. We were comparing the Nissan Versa and the Honda Fit. The Versa had an awkwardly placed steering wheel covering the instrument panel. The Honda salesman Edmond Lee was friendly and gave us an excellent explanation. The Fit we testdrove and found somewhat noisy. We started looking on the Internet for alternatives. The Internet lower price and the promised better quietness led us to Civic LX. Then we dealt with Jeremy Braun. He was open and friendly and quite knowleagable. He worked hard to give us a good trade-in price. The Business manager Sean Mc Hugh was also friendly and competent. The people at the Service Desk explained the process for bringing the car for service,including the Express service feature. The overall experience at the DCH Kay Honda dealership was excellent. I am ready to recommend it to others. I originally misread the Review requirement as having to be 250 WORDS long. I called Jeremy and he corrected it. I see I made it over 1,000. I leased a Honda Fit in September 2006 from Marty Wolf at Kay Honda. I really enjoyed the experience, which is not some thing that can be said about my other experiences in acquiring a car. Marty was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. The Fit was great but my lease was terminating in September 2009. I help my daughter take care of her children so when she had a third child a week ago, I needed a car with a bigger back seeat so that 3 child seats could be accomidated. Having seen the Civic ads on TV, I called Marty. We talked, visited and planned. I like driving a 5 speed stick shift which this year appear hard to find. Marty started a search and found me a lovely graphite LX with every thing I wanted and a few things more. I picked it up yesterday in a bit of a hurry. Marty got me out of the dealership with my new car in 20 minutes with the help of the financial person. I love my new car and working with Marty. More
