The folks at DCH Kay Honda were extremely helpful throughout my experience with them. During my first visit, just to scout out cars, someone was right at the door waiting to help my father, sister, throughout my experience with them. My sister and I were both looking to purchase our first cars, so we made it clear right away that budget was limited, and the salesman, to my pleasure, said with full honesty that the only car we could afford was the Fit, and he made no efforts to try and sell us on even the slightly more expensive Civic. At most of the other dealerships I visited during my hunt, salespeople either ignored my budget, or tried to convince me that I could probably stretch for a more expensive car. Honda was a pleasant change of pace. We loved the utility of the Fit, so it remained high on the list of cars to revisit. We returned to the dealership after a month of searching around to take a Fit for a test drive and possibly buy. Our previous salesman was busy, but rather than ask us to wait for him to conclude his business so he could lock up a sale with us, he found another free salesman to help us! I wish I had his name so I could recommend him, but we've lost the business card he gave us. However, we were forwarded to one John O'Day, who quickly arranged for us to take a Fit for a spin. Needless to say, the Fit went over well. My sister and I both had a blast driving them around, and we decided that we would each be purchasing a new Honda Fit. Not a bad afternoon for Mr. O'Day! We sat down and negotiated prices (got excellent deals) and were quickly and only somewhat painlessly (can one ever spend 5 figures painlessly?) on our way. Come pick up day, the service was superb. The dealership was packed because it was the end of the month, but we were never waiting for service for more than 5 or 10 minutes, and everyone involved in the handoff of the car worked quickly to help us on our way. We were in and our, paperwork included, in a hair over an hour! Excellent time, considering they recommend setting aside 2 for such a process. All told, I am very content with my dealings with the folks at DCH Kay. More
I had a wonderful experience at DCH Kay Honda when I went to purchase my car. Not only was Angela very friendly and open to all questions but the rest of the staff that we dealt with was very personable and to purchase my car. I test drove the vehicle and decided that it was the car for me. Both my parents and brother had gotten good deals there, and I was about to do the same. With the paperwork drawn up, we had a coupon for that particular dealership for an extra 300$ off the negotiated price. The only problem was the dealer didn't have any more civics in stock, they were going to have to search for a vehicle. My dilemma was that I had a good deal, with 1.9% APR financing and a coupon, both of which were expiring in about a week, potentially making it a not so good deal. Enter Jay Diehl at DCH Kay Honda. I submitted a quote online through Honda.com to DCH Kay. Not only was Jay able to match the price, they beat it! Less than two days later I was at the dealership signing paperwork to get my new car. There was no hassle, and everyone who worked there was very pleasant to deal with. There was no side negotiating, or tricks. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. It was by far the smoothest transaction in buying a car ever witnessed by humans. I would highly recommend looking to buy a Honda from DCH Kay, and particularly Jay Diehl. It's well worth it. More

Charles is very friendly. He is very persuasive and familiar with the functions of the car. I am happy that I didn't waste much time bargaining over the price. He is trying to help us as much as possible to make the buying decision. So I decided to buy the car very soon. After I bought the car, he is still patient although he has other customers. He reviewed with me the quick manual of the car. I am very happy with the customer service and quality of the work in DCH. The price is what I expected,too. I bought the car within my budget. I would buy the car again through him if there is a chance. More

The first time I went to the dealer, Alin did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him and another salesperson, William. Both tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest. Furthermore, the first quote included tax, tags, title, and inspection. The later quotes did not. When I pointed that out, I was told the first quote did not include anything either. It's too bad I had two witnesses with me to prove who was lying. Don't do business with people who scam and lie. It's also worth pointing out that Alin gave me his cell phone number, not his business number. Had I known that, I would not have called at all. This is a shady, sneaky dealership. More
