Terry Adams was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to talk with. It was a very cold day but Terry spent a total of a couple of hours outside while showing me the various cars, helping me make my choice, talk with. This is the second car I've purchased from this dealer, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The sales department is honest; the service department is dependable. Experience was a good one, no high pressure sales pitch. Competively shopped Toyota verse Honda, previously owned a Toyota 4-Runner and loved it. I’ve bought many new cars over the years and this was the most delightful NO Pressure experience I’ve ever had. My wife & I were looking to purchase our daughter her 1st car. My sales person was Terry Adam most delightful NO Pressure experience I’ve ever had. My wife & I were looking to purchase our daughter her 1st car. My sales person was Terry Adams he presented himself very professionally. His knowledge of Honda was very instrumental in my decision in purchasing our new Honda Civic LX coup. There was no haggling. I gave Terry a price that I felt was a fair price and within minutes I had an answer. Previously I would have to play the waiting game. But not at your dealership. I met Chris who was the manager on duty Saturday and told him our main concern was that the Civic would be a safe car for my daughter to drive. Chris went over the crash test results compared to your competitors and assured me that base on those results the Civic was one of the safest cars on the market. My wife and I made the decision to purchase the Civic at around 5pm on Saturday. We told terry we had a 50th birthday party @ 6 in Oakhurst. He said he could get the car prepared and have all the paper work completed in an hour or so. And we were on our way to the party by 6:15. we did have one issue there was a suction cup mark on the hood of the car which could be seen outside of the show room. Terry brought the car back into the service area but it couldn’t be seen there. Chris assured us that this would be taken care of and not to worry at our convenience. I’d like to thank Chris in finance for his sense of humor and getting all the paper work done in record time. We will be back when we need another car. GREAT JOB!!!! GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE!!!!!!!
