I have bought a new 2009 Honda Accord EX on 7/31/2009. Given a 20 day temporary sticker for use until you register your car. At the time of purchase, I was told I will receive the MSO document in the mail Given a 20 day temporary sticker for use until you register your car. At the time of purchase, I was told I will receive the MSO document in the mail. As of today, 20 days later, temporary sticker lapse, no MSO. no title. At this point, I have been unable to register the car because I never receive the title or MSO document necessary for registration. I called several times leaving messages with salesman and no response. I called again and spoke to someone who said the necessary paperwork is in the mail. As on today, 8/20/09, I have received nothing at all in the mail. Trying to contact the business manager is impossible to attain. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have bought Hondas before, this is the first time I have gotten the runaround from a Honda dealer. More
