We discovered the dealership online after visiting another Honda deal that was unable to help us. The entire experience was out standing, we informed Lloyd of the car we had in mind including color an another Honda deal that was unable to help us. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle at DCH Kay Honda. They are not the closest Honda dealer to my home however, I choose to drive the extra miles to work with the folks at DCH Kay. They cons Kay Honda. They are not the closest Honda dealer to my home however, I choose to drive the extra miles to work with the folks at DCH Kay. They consistently treat me with honesty and courtesy. Additionally, they have repeatedly surpassed other Honda dealers in the deal that they were able to construct for me. I've never felt like I was getting the runaround. I always feel like I'm an important customer. I can't say that about the other Honda dealers that are closer to my home. More

I visited DCH Kay Honda's website because it was the top rated Honda dealer on the Dealerrater.com. My purchase experience tells me that the dealer deserves the top rating. I received a quote for a 2010 O rated Honda dealer on the Dealerrater.com. My purchase experience tells me that the dealer deserves the top rating. I received a quote for a 2010 Odyssey from Mr. Jeremy Braun via email the next day I submitted a request and that was the price I was asked to pay at the dealership. The whole process was very straight forward as if I just bought a regular merchandize from a shop with no hassle of any kind. Jeremy was very effective in explaining the new car and very straight forward answering our questions. He was polite and friendly. We actually dreaded going to purchase the car. But it actually turned out to be a pleasant experience. Danny was very courteous and professional. He did whatever he could to get the deal. We did request an on line price prior to going to dealership which mad the negotiations much easier. However, Danny Tumipamba answered all our questions and offered his support, with any questions or concerns we may have down the road. I would definitely recommend both Danny and your dealership. Krys in Financing was also helpful, and did explain warranty, but we did not want to purchase at this time. More
