Good sales staff...worked with us and hard to earn our sale. We had just come from another dealership who played obvious games and let us walk without a fight. I will recommend them to others, and when our Odessey is ready to be replaced, will certainly include these people on our shopping trip. Have been to many dealerships in the past, having purchased over 10 vehicles in the past 25 years, and the visit to DCH was by far the most satisfying and least painful. More

The first time I went to the dealer, Alin did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him and another salesperson, William. Both tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest. Furthermore, the first quote included tax, tags, title, and inspection. The later quotes did not. When I pointed that out, I was told the first quote did not include anything either. It's too bad I had two witnesses with me to prove who was lying. Don't do business with people who scam and lie. It's also worth pointing out that Alin gave me his cell phone number, not his business number. Had I known that, I would not have called at all. This is a shady, sneaky dealership. More
