I had to give the 'OK' price rating because of the add on extended warranty experience. We had a wonderful experience and our sales guy. Norm, was great. Then, the whole finance experience with the extended warranty and all was not a good experience. We thought we had a price and a certain payment but found that not to be true. I know we did not HAVE to get the warranty but, it was an add on that we were kind of 'sold' and it just made our experience more like the 'old days' when buying a car was not a good experience. We were made to 'fear' the electronics in the car and felt like we had no choice but to get the warranty. I cannot say enough about the GREAT experience we had with Norman Lehrman, our salesman. He is a true professional and we will buy from him again. We are both in sales as well so we speak from experience. More

We were shopping for our new car as a family. Charles was not only informative to us but was interactive with our 2 daughters too. He showed us the "assests" of the van that we would each like.
