My wife had done some research on line and was interested in the Pilot, she saw a good selection of used Pilots, low miles and reasonable prices. We at the time had a Merc Mountaineer which we were very plea in the Pilot, she saw a good selection of used Pilots, low miles and reasonable prices. We at the time had a Merc Mountaineer which we were very pleased with both performance and service of vehicle/dealership(George Wall). We looked at vehicles there but could not find one in that we liked and in our price range, they weren't as helpful as in the past. So we decided to look elsewhere. I arrived at Kay Honda with a want/need of a "new" vehicle. My sales person was Art Smith, I told him I was interested in a used Pilot and told him the price range I was looking at. He showed me 4 or 5 Pilots in my price range and was knowledgeable to the differences in options, he also was upfront on the length of the manuf. warranty on each veh(this was very important to me). After deciding on a Pilot that I liked, Art brought me inside and showed me the Carfax history and service history of the veh. He also showed me the Kelly Blue Book value of the veh I wanted to buy, it was $4000 more than dealer asking price. I told Art that my wife had the Mountaineer that we were trading in but wasn't available until later in the week. Art asked if I wanted to leave a deposit on the veh but I said no I'll be back. I came back later in the week to find the vehicle sold the next day. Art showed me another veh that was a little more expensive but had the options I was looking for. I got a good trade amount on my veh and never felt pressured at anytime. My financing was approved at a great rate and spoke with finance officer who was equally helpful in weighing out my options on extended warranties. I never had to fight or argue with anyone over the price of the veh, it made buying a new car enjoyable. My overall experience was great will recommend Art Smith & Kay Honda to others, it was nice not to feel ripped off. I'm looking forward to having my Pilot serviced at Kay and expect the same quality and service I received from the Sales Department. More

In addition, Bill was prompt to return any phone calls or emails which added to the positive experience I had as a customer. During my search for a new car, I went to MANY different dealerships, and dealt with MANY different sales people. The customer service provided by Bill contributed largely to why I eventually made a purchase from DCH Kay Honda. His service was above and beyond all others- and anyone who can make a 29-year-old AND her 59-year-old dad happy customers is a true gem! More

She agreed to meet my wife & I; eventhough, she was not working that day. When we arrived at the dealership she was there to greet us and did not rush us. Offered us coffee, had the truck prepped & ready, arranged for financing, appraised our trade, and had us out the door in our new Honda within a few hours. & NO SURPRISES !!! AMAZING !!! The "personal touch" all employees have at DCH Kay Honda, makes the consumer feel as if they are the most important individual in the building. This includes all contacts w/this dealership after the purchase was completed. It was a pleasure doing business with this organization & when the time comes for another new car, we will consider them 1st. More

The lease program that we ended up with was so good that other dealers (non-Honda) literally said "if you can get that good of a deal, you should do it". Finally, after the purchase we went back to pick up our plates and registration and they even offered to go out and mount them on the car. A great experience from start to finish. More

I can not say enough good things! This is the third Honda I have purchased from Kay. EVERYONE was wonderful! We had stopped by on a Thursday evening right before closing just to see what they had, JOHNNY RE I have purchased from Kay. EVERYONE was wonderful! We had stopped by on a Thursday evening right before closing just to see what they had, JOHNNY REYNOSO had come out to meet us. He was very nice and willing to help even though it was late and cold. We made plans to come back during the day for a test drive. Upon going back on Saturday, Johnny remembered us, met us with an honest smile, and answered all of our questions. I liked Johnny almost instantly because of his relaxed personality. He wasn't a stereo-typical car salesman that seemed like he had too much coffee and just wanted to make a sale. He was well educated in speaking about the vehicles we looked at. He gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. I had to return to Honda for a minor service needed for the car. Johnny had no idea I was showing up (last minute choice on my part). Again greeted me kindly, helped me out with the issue and when the service Department was finished he met came up to see what was done and see how I was. The salesman, Stephen Moore, was very helpful even though he new we had not completely decided on a Honda. He was very patient and did not pressure us into a purchase. Price is important, and I believe we received a fair price, but perhaps not the lowest, but what is more important to me is a sales process that is respectful of the buyer. More
