I purchased a new 2010 pilot three weeks ago from this dealer. After drove the new car to home I found the interior and exterior did not cleaned very well.it may not be cleaned after I paid the depos dealer. After drove the new car to home I found the interior and exterior did not cleaned very well.it may not be cleaned after I paid the deposit and leave one week for them to prepare. this is the third new Honda vehicle I purchased. the first two times I had very good purchase experience from other Honda dealers. the cars were cleaned like a show-room model. but this time I found the self-adhesive glue of the protecting sheet is every where on the car. it seems that the dealer just peel off them and deliver to me without any clean work. inside the car you still can find the dark fingerprint on driver's seat. dust on dashboard. at back trunk, there are some small plastic broken pieces scatered on the floor. I don't know where these come from. I never seen a new car was delivered like this. when I sent the email complaint to the sales, he apologized for it and promise to detail again for me when next time I visit. Yeserday, when I pick up the new plates and say hello to the sales. his expression seems never met me before. he did not want to say anythng. to break the silence I have to say "I pick up the new plates". he just stand up and told me where should I go and sat down immediately. no any words. for my 15 years living experience, if I am a white people customer he will not treat me like this. of course he never mentioned the detailing issue he promised in the email. Well let me start with the price the price was good but what got me mad was brand new car some of the electronic devices are not working after they have inspected the vehicle. This is the third Honda Accord I have bought at this dealership in nineteen years. I could probably keep them longer, but I have to buy a new car occasionally. I was looking for an automobile for my family. We met with Mr. Radice and he was very informative about the Odessey that we were looking into and her was very pleasant to deal with. When i started asking questions regarding the complicated radio/gps system, the salesman went and found another employee that was very knowledgable and helpfull without bring pushy.I got all my answers and done with patience. I wanted my mechanic to look the car over. I called my salesman and he not only agreed to let my mechanic inspect the car, he actually drove the car to my town and to my mechanic! I didnt have to go get the car or bring it back. What a hugh time savings this was and a true statement of how far a real saleman would go to accommodate a potential customer! Once I got the "thumbs up" from my regular mechanic, I spoke by telephone to Mr. English. We concluded the details by telephone and I arrived a few hours later for the paperwork. Mr. English escorted me into the finance office where Mr. Lopez explained all the paperwork thoroughly and at a speed that I could understand. There were no " dollar tricks" or "back office antics" that I experienced in other dealerships over time. This is the second car I have purchased from Kay Honda in the last year. I will continue to recommend them based on a second positive experience. More
