It took a few days longer than anticipated for the car to be ready for pickup. I made several calls and emails to the salesperson, received no response. On 8/26 we had to stop at the dealer to get the statu be ready for pickup. I made several calls and emails to the salesperson, received no response. On 8/26 we had to stop at the dealer to get the status of the car's readiness. Mike was out, but spoke with Chris. We wanted to pickup the car the next day and Chris said that Mike would be there waiting for us. Mike called at night and asked if we could wait until Friday morning because he was off Thursday. We did him a favor and pushed the pickup to Friday at 9 AM. We got there at 9, he came in at 9:30. We had purchased the window etchings. On Saturday I realized that they were not done. I called Mike at Noon and he said that we were on the list to be called. As soon as he and the finance person realized that they did not do it, he should have left a message for us. I had to drive back during the week. Finally, my neighbor was supposed to receive a $50 referral payment for sending us to the dealer. After all this time I emailed Mike last week and left Chris a voice message on Friday, inquiring about the payment. Never heard from either one. Chris called last week, about 10/13. He indicated that he was away on vacation and was getting back to us. I explained the issues and he apologized and said would authorize the referral payment ASAP. Chris left a message on 10/19 that the payment was processed. Because of his intervention, though we had a bad experience this time, I changed my recommendation to yes, because in the past things ran much more smoothly. More
