Kay has a great selections of inventory at location for me to choose form. Lloyd has demonstrated his patient and professionalism during the whole process. We didn't feel any sale pressure and he understood our needs. He shown us different features on the Accord at deliver and I drove away with my new Accord within 3 hours. I had shopped around ro a couple of Honda dealers in the area. In fact there was one within 2 miles of my home, but none of them made me feel as confortable as Kay. Tey did not play games with the price of the vehicle or monthly payment for the lease. They gave me a competitive price and actually lowered to be another dealer. The car was a gift for my daughter and they even provided a bow. Overall, it was a fairly pleasant experience. I have leased 12 or more cars in my life and this one was one of the easiest. i have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about, once again, doing this on my own and the possibility of being coerced into something I didn't really want.
