We were shopping for our new car as a family. Charles was not only informative to us but was interactive with our 2 daughters too. He showed us the "assests" of the van that we would each like. Charles was polite and got all of us chairs when we came in to work out a sale. We were making a cash purchase and Charles worked with us to get us the best value and best deal. My experience was great. They did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, so the salesman spent several days locating the exact vehicle I wanted.
