DCH Kay Honda

I had rerquested a quote Via DCH Interenet department. I found that the quote given was not to be beat by any other local dealership. Infact other dealer reps advised me that Kay Honda would ultimately hit found that the quote given was not to be beat by any other local dealership. I found that not to be true.During our rerasearch Angela answered all of our questions and provided lease details EG money factor and residual wheras other dealers said they didn't have that info.. "imagine" Once we met angela at the dealer she was friendly, helpful and informative, never "pushy" Evan the financer manager was indeed very freindly informative and patient. The service manager ( i apologize , I forgot his name, but have his card)was very friendly engaging and informative. The gentlemen that detail the vehicles at delivery were also freindly and helpful. WE had ean excellent experience, all went smoothly and without any unpleasant suprises. one comment.. when one enters there is not greeter, it took some time for an associate to appraoch us to ask if we needed help. the other associates all appeared engaged, we didn't want to disrupt them.
