I had a great experience bc of Lloyd. I went two the Honda in Lakewood and freehold and had a bad experience and feeling in both stores. He gave me a great deal with no surprise charges. He is just a great person and I will strictly deal with them only for now on. The best part is they got me in and out when I went to get car! I walked in with a value for my trade and a price I was willing to pay for a the new Odyssey in mind. After a quick test drive we negotiated fairly without any pressure. In the end I presented my position and they presented theirs and we made a deal. There were no hidden fees, add-ons, etc. that needed to be haggled over after the deal was made. The finance department gave me the best rate without trying to persuade me into additional items. The car was delivered clean and ready to go. The service manager called later that afternoon and said they forgot to replace the wiper blades before they delivered it and I could pick them up anytime. Overall the experience was much better than anticipated. see these guys first and you won't need to go anywhere else. More
I have been a dcKay Honda customer since 1981. I have purchased or leased 8 Hondas. This was the first time I ws not happy with customer service. Dave Radice was distant and unengaging. might have wel purchased or leased 8 Hondas. This was the first time I ws not happy with customer service. Dave Radice was distant and unengaging. might have well been buying a $2 coffee and not an expensive car. He failed to call me when my plates/registration were in. When I called the cashier (Tamika) after 2 weeks of not hearing, I asked why I wasn't called. Her reply was "Please." I guess that means I should not expect to be treated correctly. When i came to pick up my plates I had to wait for Tamika to get pff her cell phone. That took about 3 minutes of waiting. She saw me standing there. She never said hello, thank you, again, I could have been ordering a $2 coffee and not a car. When I asked Dave why I wasn't called I was told that there is a lot going on and too many details. My reply was "Details are your job. If I conducted myself that way at my job, I would have been fired." This comment was met with a blank stare. Do people today not have the words I AM SORRY in their vocabulary? I strongly suggest you better train your people. I will be re-thinking where I and my daughter purchase our next cars.
