It was a great experience. Angela was very friendly and professional. There wasn't a lot waiting around which was important to us. The only disappointment was the Costco savings. The only concern and I know it was my fault was that I returned my car on June 29(lease end was July 25) and assumed the last payment on July 1 would be picked up by the dealership.
