Good price but NO follow-through on promises. Phone calls and email placed immediately following purchase not for items not returned. Still waiting. Still missing an owner's manual and floor mats. Picture of truck in SALE LISTING shows the floor mats in the truck but when we picked it up they were missing...since we don't have anything in writing, we still don't have them and it is over 2 months since the purchase date (Vinnie promised to follow-up quickly after 1 month - 1 month after that promise and we are still waiting). Our friends purchased their vehicle there and same story. I guess it is just what you do at Kay. This process started out so wonderfully - great car and great price BUT the follow-through has left us with a sour taste in our mouth. I guess we should have stuck with the dealership we bought our last 3 cars with as this kind of jerking around didn't happen at Coast. My overall experience when dealing with this dealership was very good. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. When I was out on my test drive with the only Honda Fit sport in purple that the dealership had, another couple came in the showroom and started the purchasing process (literally bought the car from right out underneath me). There should have been better communication between the dealers and they should've known that I was out on a raod test with this car. When the other couple came in, before they even started their dealings, their dealer should have called Eveyln who was with me on my road test and alerted her that another couple was here to buy that car. Had we known this, I would've purchaed the car right then and there. Instead we had to wait till the dealer found another one and brought it in for me to purchase. It was just unnecessary craziness. I would've liked to have gotten the car that day, but in the end it worked out. More
Very friendly and helpful service. Bill was extremely nice, and made sure everything was spelled out very clearly for us. The dealership also offered the best price of any of its competitors. The only down side was that they informed us that they had the car in the color I wanted on the lot. However while the paperwork was being gone over we were told it was not on the lot. Not the salesmans fault, more of an inventory flaw. Make sure to ask to see the car they say is on the lot, before continuing with negotiations. More

Since I previously purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership and am pleased with the car and the service department, I returned to purchase a second Honda. I have to say I liked working with Marty dealership and am pleased with the car and the service department, I returned to purchase a second Honda. I have to say I liked working with Marty Wolf. What happened was I (Pam Busch) had been at the dealership having the Pilot serviced, after which I walked through the showroom. No one paid any attention to me except for Marty. He asked me what I was interested in etc. and was kind enough to give me a brochure and his business card. More
