Charles is very friendly. He is very persuasive and familiar with the functions of the car. I am happy that I didn't waste much time bargaining over the price. He gave me the feeling that he is very honest and considerate. He brought us water and asked us to get some BBQ food while we were waiting for his checking price. He is trying to help us as much as possible to make the buying decision. So I decided to buy the car very soon. After I bought the car, he is still patient although he has other customers. He reviewed with me the quick manual of the car. I am very happy with the customer service and quality of the work in DCH. The price is what I expected,too. I bought the car within my budget. I would buy the car again through him if there is a chance. More

The first time I went to the dealer, Alin did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by him and another salesperson, William. Both tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest. Furthermore, the first quote included tax, tags, title, and inspection. The later quotes did not. When I pointed that out, I was told the first quote did not include anything either. It's too bad I had two witnesses with me to prove who was lying. Don't do business with people who scam and lie. It's also worth pointing out that Alin gave me his cell phone number, not his business number. Had I known that, I would not have called at all. This is a shady, sneaky dealership. More
