i was very satisfied with the way i was treated and the not in your face hard sell. If you are a good salesman and if the product is good, it should sell itself and the customer should not be subjected to not in your face hard sell. Another driver totaled my 1 1/2 year old honda civic that i had previously purchased from DCH Kay Honda. It was an emotional and upsetting experience. I was forced to look for a car in 1 day at a time when i had previously purchased from DCH Kay Honda. It was an emotional and upsetting experience. I was forced to look for a car in 1 day at a time when I didnt expect or wasnt prepared to at all. My 1st experience at DCH Kay was so laid back and "easy" (which is why i brought my parents back a year later) i decided that was the place to go back. They dont hard sell the customer. And in my case I already knew exactly what i wanted so i didnt need the hours of sales pitch that you usually get from a car dealership. They dont talk to you like you're an idiot (as a woman, car salesmen do that alot!) and they are friendly and professional. Car shopping to me has never been a pleasant experience, but dare I say it could have been had it not been for the circumstances surrounding my purchase. Ironically, I brought my fiance with me this time and he was amazed at how easy and quickly the whole deal took. I recommend DCH Kay to anyone who tells me they are looking for a car. More

My husband and I had been looking at the Honda Accord Crosstour. Our local dealer here in Bridgewater NJ had one that we test drove. We were going to order a 2WD Crosstour since there weren't any avail Crosstour. Our local dealer here in Bridgewater NJ had one that we test drove. We were going to order a 2WD Crosstour since there weren't any available. Everything changed when we got to the dealership to place the order. We couldn't order a new one, we could only take the 4WD that they had or were going to swap for and the monthly price went up too much. We left there very upset and now starting a new search of vehicles, knowing I still wanted the Crosstour. My husband found a website called Cars.com where he was able to locate 2WD Crosstours at various dealers in NJ, NY & PA. He called Kay Honda (who was listed as having the vehicle we were looking for) in Eatontown and spoke with Angela, who was nothing but Helpful! She went over and above to get us what we were looking for at an affordable price. I didn't even care that we had to travel to Eatontown because they were so accommodating. One complaint I have is that the bin# was incorrect, so the color I wanted (opal sage) is not what I ended up with. Not Angela's fault. The problem was that then price changed because I had to wait another day or two to find an acceptable color. She tried to accommodate on that as well. Lastly, I picked up the car at night and Angela was very thorough to go through all of the features on the car but it wasn't until the next day that i noticed various scuff marks and areas that could've been cleaned up better before letting the car go. There is also a scratch on the console that looks like someone was trying to pry open that I hadn't noticed at pick up. I wished I would've noticed at the time because I definitely would've mentioned it. Other than that, Angela was very helpful and I'm very thankful for her time and attention! More

This is my 2nd CRV with this dealer. Each time I have been there the entire staff has been exceptional. They did not have the color choice I desired but checked other dealers for me, when was not able to been there the entire staff has been exceptional.
