I have done my homework and research on Accord before requesting a price quote from DCH Kay Honda. Lloyd tried to follow up by phone and email on the next day. Kay has a great selections of inventory at location for me to choose form. Lloyd has demonstrated his patient and professionalism during the whole process. I had shopped around ro a couple of Honda dealers in the area. In fact there was one within 2 miles of my home, but none of them made me feel as confortable as Kay. The car was a gift for my daughter and they even provided a bow. Overall, it was a fairly pleasant experience. I have leased 12 or more cars in my life and this one was one of the easiest.
