From the moment we arrived on the lot, Art greeted us and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Art went out of his way to let us test drive the van not just once, but twice, just to make sure that I was comfortable with the van. He answered all the questions my family and I had regarding the van and the warranty. Friendly, professional service Gene Colicchio was very patient and friendly, helping me learn about different Accord models and taking as much time as necessary as I started my car Gene Colicchio was very patient and friendly, helping me learn about different Accord models and taking as much time as necessary as I started my car search. When I returned to the dealership to actually buy the car, Gene was straightforward and professional, and he and the sales manager didn't play the back and forth games that can make buying a car so painful. Throughout the process Gene was very patient, helping me through the process, while at the same time he was very organized, keeping all the different items in motion in order to help get me out of the dealership (and into my new car) as quickly as possible. I think it is very unfortunate the pressure that car companies put on their dealerships (and customers) to generate 5 star ratings, which can make these reviews a meaningless exercise. However, for what it's worth, while I was finalizing my purchase I started talking to another customer who had just walked in, and did not hesitate to recommend Gene to him. More

He immediately let Kayla know I had arrived and knew what I came in for. I came to the dealer with a particular car in mind that I saw was listed on the website. I have to also note that I drove approximately an hour and half to get to Kay Honda because this was the only dealership that had the particular vehicle I was interested in stock, on the lot. I had already gotten a quote on the car straight from Kayla broken down to what I wanted to pay. We did not even need to go through the negotiations since it was already there and Gene understood that was what I wanted to pay. He knew that I traveled a bit to get there and did not waste any time. The process was so streamlined, it was probably the quickest time I spent at any dealer. At no point during the process did I feel any sort of pressure to add things on or buy anything additional even though they were suggested. In the end we ended up purchasing the car at a great price and certainly made the one and half hour trip there worth it. I would recommend Gene in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
