The salesman took for a ride in the civic which by the way is gorgeous! but I have always wanted an Accord. Well, we worked a deal and I am now leasing a 2016 Honda Accord. I love it! Horrible Experience, beware! When I first went to DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was getting a good deal on a new 2016 Honda Civic. I was also When I first went to DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was getting a good deal on a new 2016 Honda Civic. I was also told a $500.00 rebate would be given to me because of my Recent College Graduate discount. I had a certificate from my college and asked COUNTLESS times if it would suffice....Needless to say I was told yes, when in fact it wasn't. AFTER I made the purchase AND gave the dealers great reviews (because they emailed several times asking for me to do so, go figure) they took away my recent grad discount even though my contract was signed. Justin Amorim pretended to care and told me he would find a solution, after a few days he never returned my calls. Armando Lopez even threatened to have my car taken away and told me I no longer had a finance lender. After this, nobody there was helpful. Ray Rivera never answered my calls or emails, he and Armando never even made sure the insurance company had my information, which was faxed over more than once, along with me telling them I had insurance and didn't need their temp insurance any longer. Armando is a con artist and a liar, he makes me sick. I am a young woman who bought a car for the first time and he completely took advantage of that. Ray Rivera is incompetent. STAY AWAY from these men. Go to another dealership and save yourself the hassle. More

Steve has went to a great extend to get approval from upper management to completely remove and change the whole 2 front seats with a brand new factory seats (Seats had some unknown damage). Joe was amazing in the way he received the car and assigned the best tech to do the job, and also checking that the job is done correctly. Nader was awesome in the way he kept me informed during the whole process, even calling me when the car was in the shop to inform me with the progress and when the car will be ready. If you would like a dealer that not only looking to make a sale but also want to keep his clients. That is the place to be. Look for Nader to help you to purchase your new car. Look for Joe to help you with a great service. If you ever have a problem Steve is your man, he is very knowledgeable and fair. I have been with this dealer for 15 years and I hope I will be with them always. Very happy with the fair price and the great service. Service Advisor needs to be proactive in checking repair history for customer so unnecessary service is not done. Very poor communication. More
