Scott was so helpful, it was like filling a Christmas wish list request. There was no haggling with the lease payment, I asked for it and I got it. Scott was particularly sensitive to my request to expedite the sale and the car pick up as my husband and I were very busy that week. Scott had the paper work in order, the car ready and the finance manager all lined up. The entire process took two hours- one hour the day I went to discuss the lease and the car I wanted, and 1 hour for the final paper work to be signed including the time it took Scott to demonstrate the car's technology. Armando Lopez was equally efficient, pleasant making the financial processing easy, easy, easy. This is our third lease in six years and we'll be back to get another car when this lease is up.
