I take my 2005 Honda Civic in for service at the DCH location in Temecula. I've always had really good experiences in working with the service department. The employees have been extremely busy on the days I've been in for service, yet despite that, they always take the time to accomodate my own busy schedule. In my opinion, your service representatives are professional, knowledgable, courteous, and honest, and it appears that Honda will only hire those service reps that are highly qualified. S. My wife and I were intially displeased with the service department due to some miscommunication with a diagnostic test that was promised and yet not performed that resulted in our Odyssey breaking down lat department due to some miscommunication with a diagnostic test that was promised and yet not performed that resulted in our Odyssey breaking down late at night far from home only two days later. Everyone from Mark Johnson in service, to Richard Dickins in internet sales, to Michael Vaught in sales and Kelly Schmidt did a superb job exceeding our expectations and maintaining our loyalty as multiple Honda owners. I was also delighted to speak with Lorraine who was quick to answer my questions after purchasing and taking delivery of the vehicle. One recommendation that I would make however, is to examine the way that the service department communicates with the sales department. That aspect of the internal organization appears to be lacking and in need of improvement. When a customer recognizes a lack in communication between departments, it becomes a credibility issue for the dealership. More
I would like Honda to know about the very good and personal service I received when I came in contact with Cheryl Foster. I was having a problem trying to get a second key for my recently purchase personal service I received when I came in contact with Cheryl Foster. I was having a problem trying to get a second key for my recently purchased one year old "CRV LIMITED EDITION". Cheryl called to ask if I was satisfied with the service I had received when buying my one year old "CRV SPECIAL EDITION" car, so after saying how very pleased with the service I had received from Honda, I explained that I wasn't too happy about not being able to get a second key, which after reading the manual I realized I should have. I had asked Brad my salesman to see if he could get me a second key but after a while he called to say he had asked his manager but he had been told he could not get one and I would have to buy one for about $120.00 because the previous owner had not given the other key up (or the blank copy) After relaying this information to Cheryl she said she would see what she could do, which I was sure not too much. To cut a long story short Cheryl was able to get me another key. I feel being the car was only one year old Honda should have produced one at the time of my purchase. But having said all that I must say I am over all very pleased with the service I got from Honda and the service I am receiving at the present time, and YES I will come back to Honda for another car when the time is right. Going to DCH Honda of Temecula for our new car was by far the best choice. Not only because we love the Honda car, but all three employees we met with went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. the best choice. My wife came in for service last Sat with our two children. She was greeted with friendly smiles and people ready to help and assist. My family was driven to and from the movie theater and upon arr children. She was greeted with friendly smiles and people ready to help and assist. My family was driven to and from the movie theater and upon arriving back to the dealership, she was actually talked out of a repair that we thought she needed. The car drives great and we even received a follow up phone call the next day to see how the service was! I'm so thankful that I can send my wife and kids somewhere and know they will be well taken care of and not taken advantage of. More
We came in to purchase a used Honda and was able to leave with a new Honda Civic because of the wonderful help of Lorraine,Kelly,and Quentin. I came in because I needed my tail light changed. Tim had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. That's what I call service! I was also happy to learn that the complimentary car washes have bee had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. That's what I call service! I live in Los Angeles and needed an oil change while in the area. I called after the service department had closed, however Mariss was awesome and scheduled an appointment and answered all my questions. Ar the area. Arriving late the next day was no problem for Colin in service who kindly took all my information. Making this an even better experience oil change free for first time customer. I bought my used 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander a few days ago and overall, I saw I am impressed with this dealership. You can tell a lot about a dealership, not only from you initial purchase, but from the service afterwards. I got a very good deal on the price and monthly payments. They did ok on the two trades I had; it was what I expected. Rick was my salesman. He was very professional and friendly. He made the whole sales experience easy-going and friendly. It was a very low pressure environment and made for a good experience all around. After I bought the car, I noticed there were a few things wrong. The car pulled to the left, the interior lights did not turn on as well as a sub par job done on the interior detailing. Most would rate the dealership low for this. I would have if not for the outstanding service department. Collin greeted me at my vehicle and took care of me and the car. Collin assured me DCH stands by their products and that everything would be taken car of. I left the vehicle overnight and the next day, everything was fix. The alignment issues were corrected and the interior lights were now functioning perfectly. They also did an outstanding job on the interior detail work (the previous owner obviously had dogs). They did a 5 star job and got the vehicle back to me in fantastic shape. Even though there were problems with the vehicle out the door, Honda did everything they could to make sure that when I left again, I was completely satisfied; and I was.
