I came to this location 12 years ago to get a car, and because of my displeasure with another dealership, came back years later. There is only one small displeasure I wish to share. Can the mechanics please not change certain settings, features on my car? I keep my lights on the auto setting and found out, after getting pulled over, my lights were not on and I was only driving with my running lights. Fortunately, the officer was kind and understanding and only gave me a warning. Thank you Larry. I'll be back. More

I have owned many Hondas over the past 30 years. I love their quality and reliability, but even reliable cars need service from time to time, and I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. I do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles, because I want it done right, but there are some things I just can't do on my own and that's when I need someone I can trust on my side. Most recently, I brought my Accord into DHC Honda of Temecula for a 4-wheel alignment. I have been working with Russ Capuano for decades. He is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. He doesn't try to sell me service that I don't need, but at the same time, he will make me aware of any issues that I may want to deal with at some point. It may save me time and money to deal with it immediately or it may be something I can easily deal with at a later time. He gives me his recommendation along with the info I need to make an informed decision. That is something that I really appreciate. Am I paying more money by taking my car to the dealer for service? Maybe, but I know I'm getting quality work, and I know Russ isn't selling me something I don't want or need. I'm paying for the mechanic's knowledge and experience working on Honda's and I'm paying for peace of mind. I can trust that what Russ is telling me is accurate. That will likely save me money in the long run. Anytime my wife and I are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle, Russ's name comes up a lot. He is a big part of why we buy Honda's. Every car will need quality service at some point. Having someone to go to, that you know you can trust, is huge. Thank you, Russ, for helping me take care of my family's Hondas for the past 30 years. You are the best. More
