This particular model is a knockout - just getting acquainted with the amazing driving experience, power, technology, and aesthetics. Completely took advantage of us, added in “security packages, accessories” that don’t even exist. I wanted to pay an 11k car off in 2 payments and now we are stuck in a contract. These people are crook packages, accessories” that don’t even exist. I wanted to pay an 11k car off in 2 payments and now we are stuck in a contract. These people are crooks. I put 7k down and they INSISTED that most of it HAD to be in cash, now I see why because they pocketed the cash we gave them. Never never never will we go back here or recommend anyone to them. Marco was so very thorough with explaining the Costco purchase price for the specific model I wanted to purchase. He was patient and was meticulous in finding the best possible price. Cecelio was very transparent and personable in getting all of the I’ dotted and T’s crossed! Marco made sure that I knew what every button, switch and lever does and extended the courtesy to contact him if I had any questions or needed a refresher course with the ultra modern instrument panel. Thank you to this AMAZING trio of gentlemen who displayed courtesy and integrity which is not always found when purchasing a new vehicle. More
I really wish I could say good things about this dealership because Corey and Evan treated me and my wife like family. Unfortunately since I've gotten my 2021 Honda Civic, it seems like I've only be dealership because Corey and Evan treated me and my wife like family. Unfortunately since I've gotten my 2021 Honda Civic, it seems like I've only been having issues. First, I didn't get my spare key because it was lost so I had to wait for a call. After a month I didn't receive a call so I went to the dealer myself and spoke with Evan who then had to write a due bill to schedule a service to get my key. I had to come in the following day. Second, my new 2021 honda already has mechanical issues. Something sounds like it's loose around the hydraulics and when my ac is on, it rattles and sounds like my car is 20 years old. This has been very frustrating to say the least so far and I hope I can have more positive experiences in the future. More
