I bought a used car about a year ago from them, and was assured that the blind spot monitor malfunction was due to it being covered by a piece of paper with pricing. When it did not correct itself, we con assured that the blind spot monitor malfunction was due to it being covered by a piece of paper with pricing. When it did not correct itself, we contacted the dealer and they said it just needed to be recalibrated. When I took it in to get it checked, I was told the sensor was actually broken. As this is a safety feature in the car, I tried contacting the dealer, as it’s bad practice to sell a car with broken safety features. I tried calling, emailing, and using their chat feature to reach someone, as I feel this is something the dealer should have to fix, since they lied to us. Not one person has called or emailed me back. How are you supposed to trust a dealer willing to sell cars with broken safety features, then take zero responsibility for it after the fact? They also lost the spare key, and even though it was advertised with it, we never received the key, and we were never contacted back on this issue either, even though there were countless attempts. More
