This dealer presents a entirely different face after the sale and could care less about the consumer or customer service and select staff members do lie and seems management doesn't care. Nobody wants to co sale and could care less about the consumer or customer service and select staff members do lie and seems management doesn't care. Nobody wants to communicate when you try to afterwards and the purchase made with them was a mistake that I'd like to undo. Dealer Rater requires I give one star based on experience I'd give negative stars. Because of there lies I'd have to say this place sucks. Bought a vehicle before Christmas which supposedly had its tires inspected and other fees to be included guess what lies as a tire blew on Christmas eve during massive rain storm with family in car and are quite worn unsafe which was mentioned at time of sale so vehicle now parked. Sales rep said if tires don't meet 80% we replace them. Another lie as vehicle was delivered with same worn tires. Another lie is a fee was supposed to be in with contract and surprise a bill just arrived. I've never had an experience with a dealer like I had with this one and would advise keep looking for your next vehicle. I was so excited to get this vehicle too and looked a long time but due to dealer experience honestly can say I look forward to vehicle not being in my possession as when I see it it reminds me of this dealership and experience. Bought a 2019 Honda CRV in Oct 2021. it was honda certified pre owned, and I was promised I could take it to any Honda service center should I need anything, which is important because I live far awa certified pre owned, and I was promised I could take it to any Honda service center should I need anything, which is important because I live far away from Temecula. I have had multiple problems pop up with this car, been to various service centers and they told me that the wiring is not original Honda parts and the warranty doesnt apply. I brought it all the way back to DCH Temecula and they said they fixed it, drove all the way back and one of the issues still wasn’t fixed. Made the trip for nothing, but was understanding. Ended up taking over a week and I paid out of pocket for a rental the whole time. I had also JUST bought the car, didn’t even get to use it much yet. Drove back a second time to pick it up. They fixed the issue but now I had a new issue. DCH temecula said I could take it to any Honda near me. I went and they said the wiring is not the original wiring and it’s not covered by warranty. They want $3k to fix a car I just purchased. I have now been dealing with these issues for 3 months. This is a 2019 car, the carfax did not note any accidents or damages. For a fairly new Honda to have this extensive of damage with wiring and harnesses (was also told that there was water damage due to a leak) it seems similar to a flood salvage car. NONE of this was disclosed to me. I bought Honda certified specifically so I could have the warranty, which is now useless. Terrible experience and I’m still dealing with the issues with this car I just bought from them. Honda Care has also informed me that DCH Temecula didn’t even register this car’s contract for certified with them. More
