It’s not so much the windshield washer fluid. I was told by the salesman that the car had been serviced which included oil change transmission fluid change that had new front brakes installed. So with that being said to me, I would assume that the windshield washer should’ve been filled, but it wasn’t once again that’s not my big concern. My concern is whether or not the transmission fluid was changed. I’d like to know if that was done or not for sure. Thank you for your time.
