This business pulled the YO YO Scam on me, google it if you have to. Promised a percentage on a loan, and then 3 weeks after owning the vehicle and putting money into it, I was told that the loan was not a you have to. The percentage I bought the car with was the reason I made the deal, as I came in with another loan with a slightly higher percent already in place. They NEVER TOLD ME that the loan could not go through, they said it was good, and I took their word. More

I had always been interested in Hondas, and the moment we drove onto the dealership my interests increased. We were greeted by bright, eager-to-help faces who guided us through every step of the way. Any questions or concerns we had, even about other cars, DCH Honda was extremely helpful. I was unaware of it, but my mom was working with DCH to lease a brand new car for my birthday. They were extremely kind and worked with our needs and wants as a customer. When I was surprised with my car, representatives from DCH Honda were also there to experience it with my family and I. They truly made us feel at ease and their service was exceptional. More
This is my first visit to this dealership and I am pleasantly surprised! I had made an appointment on line, which was easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was first in line and was met by a friend pleasantly surprised! I had made an appointment on line, which was easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was first in line and was met by a friendly professional. He explained exactly what I should do next and stayed with me to begin the process. I was escorted to the waiting area and offered coffee, cookies, tv, and free computer/internet usage. Because I had to wait for my car, I was anxious about the time. Howwever, my representative had said that they'd be done in about an hour and a half. That wasn't the case - it was only one hour and they had already washed my car! I was lead to the cashier to finish the transaction and given 2 cookies - for the road! This couldn't have gone any smoother! Wow, this is great! I will definitely tell my friends about this place! And, we will bring my husband's car here too! Thanks to everyone in the Service Department (including the cashier) for a fantastic experience! More
We had gone to numerous well known dealerships in the hopes of trading in our Honda and upgrading but being that our loan was upside down we got turned away numerous times. We decided to go back to DCH T hopes of trading in our Honda and upgrading but being that our loan was upside down we got turned away numerous times. We decided to go back to DCH Temecula even though we had moved and it was a bit of a drive. Peter from Sales and Brian from finance went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Not only were we able to trade our old car in we got into a brand new car with payments we were happy with! I can't thank them enough!! I will go back and would recommend any of my friends or family looking to purchase or lease. It was what a auto purchase should be like pleasant, easy, fast and no headache! I love DCH Honda of Temecula!!! More

So, I went onto the website to browse the inventory, Brad popped up to chat. I was straight forward with him about my credit history/score, what I could afford and what I wanted. Brad went to work right away helping me get the process started. It was late evening so he would finish up in the morning...next morning he calls me to tell me that I have been approved with pretty much everything I asked for! I was to go in after work and see Corbin. Got there, Corbin was AWESOME. Paperwork and trade in did not take long to do at all. To sum it up, my hubby and I walked away oooing and awing in amazement at how EASY the process was with them and the service that both Brad and Corbin gave us was a definite 10+! Highly recommend the dealership and we will use them again in the future! More

Initially Mitch Hawthorne, Sales Rep. was very easy to talk to and showing an interest in wanting to help me find the right car. He even asked if a car I was interested in could be Certified and Detailed talk to and showing an interest in wanting to help me find the right car. He even asked if a car I was interested in could be Certified and Detailed ahead of other cars so I could buy it. However, I felt at the end that he lost some patience with me, which is something that shouldn't happen during a professional relationship and unfortunately when customers are making a major purchase, they will need time to let it process and also they may change their mind. Mitch Hawthorne is overall a nice man, but I really felt his frustration and even though he may try to hide it, it is felt, because his initial positive energy changes. I honestly felt like a hinderance versus a customer. Also, Sales Reps and Sales Managers should expect customers to be more educated on buying a car because so much information is available on the internet. Therefore, they should always be prepared to have patience during this process. I was baffled that Danny (Mitch Hawthorne's Manager) was totally rude with me during the negotiations. Instead of counteroffering me (a Customer paying for the car in full during the purchase) or trying to find common ground, he said that I should go to another dealership! Very offensive to say that to a customer, and I felt he was out- of-line. I immediately left, because their is nothing else to say after a statement like that. Obviously, I would never recommend anyone come to this Dealership after my experience. More
