I guess this dealership doesn't need sale at all. Not friendly at all. I was looking at honda civic Si. Since I checked this web for its rating, found out very poor from the customers. Unfortunately, this sales person Richard Dickens Fleet Internet Sales Manager was not helpful and really didn't want to sell at all. I bet he makes a lot of money and doesn't need sales at all. Also, he didn't answer all my concerns. I requested 0.9% APR offered by Honda but he needs to charge me $1,000 more = mark up to get the lowest APR. Then, why did he mention there's no mark up in the email? Not honest, a thief who try to steal more money from your pocket. Check below and you will see what's up. I would not recommend this dealer, stay out!!! More
