I'm a new mom and don't have a lot of time. I love dch temecula because they were doing whatever it takes to get me into a new car! Do not trust this dealership. You think you should be able to trust the dealer you bought your car from but dont. They lied to me about repairs needed. I've never had a dealership actually listen to me. I think all you woman out there can relate to this! Lorraine worked swiftly and efficiently getting my information so when I came in, the process only took 1 to complete the test drive and sign the paperwork. I can't say enough positive things about Lorraine and Brad's professionalism and attention to their clients. I will definately buy my next vehicle from DCH and look forward to working with Lorraine and Brad again! More

It's obvious this dealership must be a great place to work and EVERYONE is totally accommodating. This will be my 4th Honda and only DCH does the service work for me. I went to the website and previewed the car. I then called and talked w/Kelly (he's a personal friend of mine). He said there was one coming from Ohio by train and it would arrive between 10/13-10/17 and asked if he should put my name on it. I said yes and when he called a few days early, I was thrilled! I never even test drove it.... just signed a bunch of papers and drove home! I am a huge fan of the Honda CRV and DCH Honda! Keep up the good work! More

I've shopped Hondas for a few months and was a complete pain for the dealers. I did not buy one yet for a myriad of reasons. I just want to share what I found out during my shopping odyssey. DCH of Temecula is a cut far, far above the others I actually visited and interacted with online. They were the most professional, competitive, and had the greatest inventory. All dealers vary a great deal, however, I feel DCH was the only one with a consistently winning pattern of business practices across the board from sales, to supply and then the price. If you are a potential buyer I would highly recommend l you check them out first because they are by far the superior dealership in the San Diego area. More

I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. They did add a couple accessories I didn't need, but the pr make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. They did add a couple accessories I didn't need, but the price was so good that they actually made the car a better deal rather than a worse one. Unfortunately, while they offered to hold it for me I hummed and hawed, and they sold it before I could get it. They offered me the same price on other colors they had in stock, but then rather than pushing gave me a list of dealers in the area that either had the color I wanted, or would be receiving the color I wanted in the next two weeks. He apologized profusely, and went out of his way to make sure that even though I wouldn't be buying a Honda from him, I would be able to buy the Honda I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. I have never been so happy with a company that didn't end up having what I wanted in stock, but the customer service, even for a non-customer, was truly over the top. More
