Friendly and through I initially went to DCH Honda when I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Brandon Hernandez helped me then, he was very refreshing. He was not at al I initially went to DCH Honda when I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Brandon Hernandez helped me then, he was very refreshing. He was not at all like a pushy salesman that you would think of having to encounter when shopping for a car. He took a personal interest in what I wanted and what was best for me. He even shared some personal experiences of his own when buying and leasing vehicles. That's when I knew DCH was a good place. Since then I have gotten to have my car serviced at DCH. The service advisors are great, in particular Rick, Russ and C.J. C.J. took good care of my car for me; that's a big deal for me because I've had some bad experiences in the past with shops or employees in shops not being trustworthy. It was nice to know that I could leave my car with the service staff and not worry. Also, C.J. was very through and explained to me everything they did for my car and what it needed. I really appreciated that. All the things he told me were right on; it's nice when you know you can trust a car dealership and shop. P.S. The lady who was working the customer transactions counter and taking payments was awesome. It was so busy and the wait was a little long, but she gave each customer individual attention and was super sweet. More

CJ Johnson was the customer service person who help me. I have my car oil and filter change and tire rotation and multi check. I was happy and satisfied with the service that I have received. I drove back home with no problem with my tire. The wait was reasonable and CJ Johnson was friendly and listen very well to all the service I want done to my car. Great customer service with the sales department and finance I purchased a vehicle at DCH Honda of Temecula in 2014 and had a great experience.
