I'd have to say, "Buying a new car, in the past, was like getting a root canal. Don't want to do it but when the time comes you have to suffer through the process". All that changed when we went into DCH Honda of Temecula. The first person we met was Lorraine Yelton, who was fantastic. Her warm, welcoming, persona made us feel completely comfortable right out the gate. Her knowledge of the vehicles, we were interested in, and the process we'd be undertaking, was very impressive. Never once did we feel like we were being rushed, to get us out looking at the inventory, just to make a sale. Lorraine devoted her full attention to us without interruption, answered all of our questions and made sure we were ready before introducing us to Andy Prado who would be showing us the available inventory, we were interested in. Andy was awesome! Never once did we feel we were being sold, or pressured. He showed us the vehicles, we wanted to see, and went over all the features and benefits, expertly. I felt like we were dealing with someone we knew for a long time and he was looking out for our best interest. Andy made us feel like he was our champion/advocate and not the dealerships. Being in Customer Support for the tech industry, for the last 15 years, that's a huge accomplishment, because I'm really tuned into customer success and what it takes to get there. Lorraine and Andy accomplished this with flying colors! The final piece to our experience was working with Kelly Schmidt on the financing. Truth be told, it really wasn't a lot of work because Kelly's no BS approach made it real easy. There was no back forth negotiating, it was very straight forward, no we can't, yes we can, with the pressure on Kelly to crunch the numbers and see if DCH could make the deal. We never once felt like we were being strung along to try and get more money out of us. Great Job Kelly and Thank You! Hands down this was the best new car buying experience I/we have ever had. Everyone we dealt with during our experience at DCH did everything they could to make us comfortable, none pressured, and satisfied. What did we drive away with? "2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L" Next car purchase I know were I'm going, and if you go anywhere else, other than DCH Honda in Temecula, well your just dumb. I was contacted by Lorraine Yelton to come in and check out new leasing options and she was very pleasant and not indimitating so I came in to see what my options were since my lease would end in about a m out new leasing options and she was very pleasant and not indimitating so I came in to see what my options were since my lease would end in about a month. Andy Rocio helped my process and it was smooth we checked out the Fits first. And Lorraine mentioned to me to give the Civic LX a drive around because of the new upgrades. After driving the fit I drove the civic and Andy was very nice and knowledgeable of the car. Scott Mcgeary closed the deal. I worked with him 2 years ago with my fit and I feel like I got a good deal and am leaving as another happy customer at DCH honda temecula. There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards DCH Honda of Temecula, most importantly to Lorraine Yelton and Mike Arnold whom were absolutely amazing. Initially I was looking for a used towards DCH Honda of Temecula, most importantly to Lorraine Yelton and Mike Arnold whom were absolutely amazing. Initially I was looking for a used car as I was worried that I might not be able to get a car at all due to my credit, however Lorraine promised to do whatever she could to help, which in turn allowed me not to feel embarrassed about it. I've heard of horror stories at sitting at the dealership for hours on end going over fine lines and paperwork, high finance rates only to later find out they bought a lemon.... but I had all the faith and confidence in the world in these awesome people from the very beginning. Mike was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, and really didn't act like a salesman, it was as if I had known him for years I was so at ease. I don't have enough words for Lorraine and all her help as well. She is wonderful at what she does, getting people into a car they can afford and providing exceptional customer service. It took only a couple hours and a few questions before Lorraine called me and told me they found a car they could get me in to and at the payment I could afford.... I was so excited. It was when she said it was BRAND NEW, I cried. I immigrated myself into this country seventeen years ago and have never been the registered owner of a new car, so for me and my life, they assisted in what I call the "American Dream". I drove off the lot in my brand new Metallic Blue Honda Civic. In this economy, and in this world we don't see enough gratitude and appreciation, even when people are doing their "jobs"...when employees step out of their "paid roles" and really develop a care and devotion to help their customers, that makes all the difference in the world. Thank you to the finance team, the customer service team, the sales team and whomever owns DCH Honda of Temecula, the team you have created has now kept me a forever customer. And to Mike and Lorraine, all I can say is Thank You, for all you have done, you get what you give and based on my experience, you both deserve the world! Thank you all, I just can't say it enough, I really love my new car! Did I mention it hooks up to my Pandora??? And it's Bluetooth compatible?? AHHHH LOVE IT!!!!!! More
New lease with Lorraine and Brandon I have been working with Lorraine via phone for about 3 months and finally had time to get into the dealership. She was always quick to answer my que I have been working with Lorraine via phone for about 3 months and finally had time to get into the dealership. She was always quick to answer my questions but give her suggestions on what would work best for me based on my current driving situation. At no point did I feel the typical sales pressure to up-buy from either her or Brandon (who processed my paperwork for the new lease). She managed to get me into a 2 year newer lease without the hassle of negotiations and I wound up with a GREAT deal that was better than I'd found online. She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable, flexible, great with suggestions and listens when I ask questions rather than interrupting and guessing what my question will be! Quentin is also very pleasant, he is knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the amenities offered. Kelly knows what my financial situation is and has always kept my payments where they need to be and again, has always made me feel like I was getting the best possible deal for my personal situation. I love DCH Honda. Even after relocating from Lake Elsinore to Corona/Norco, I will make the drive to this dealership because of the employees like Lorraine, Quentin and Kelly. Like the Honda products they represent and stand behind, they're exceptional. You have a lifer in me. Thank you for the wonderful car buying experience a joyous (and fast!) one! This was my first trip to a Honda Dealership and don`t get me wrong the car did sell itself but the staff there sure did make it easy to buy my Crosstour. Easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. We were not in the market for a brand new car and had a limited budget. The Staff were friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Lorriane help me out a lot and she is so energetic!!! She talked to me about the civic and that it is a good car. However I informed her that I transport cakes. I've been to car dealership before and it was a hassle and a lot of pressure. There were no pressure and allowed me to take my time and the transaction went smooth! I'll never ever go to another car dealer again!!! This was enjoyable and stress free and that's how it should be... They were great!!! Thank you Honda and I am enjoying my car and freedom.... More
