I have owned many Hondas over the past 30 years. I love their quality and reliability, but even reliable cars need service from time to time, and I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. I do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles, because I want it done right, but there are some things I just can't do on my own and that's when I need someone I can trust on my side. Most recently, I brought my Accord into DHC Honda of Temecula for a 4-wheel alignment. I have been working with Russ Capuano for decades. He is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. He doesn't try to sell me service that I don't need, but at the same time, he will make me aware of any issues that I may want to deal with at some point. It may save me time and money to deal with it immediately or it may be something I can easily deal with at a later time. He gives me his recommendation along with the info I need to make an informed decision. That is something that I really appreciate. Am I paying more money by taking my car to the dealer for service? Maybe, but I know I'm getting quality work, and I know Russ isn't selling me something I don't want or need. I'm paying for the mechanic's knowledge and experience working on Honda's and I'm paying for peace of mind. I can trust that what Russ is telling me is accurate. That will likely save me money in the long run. Anytime my wife and I are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle, Russ's name comes up a lot. He is a big part of why we buy Honda's. Every car will need quality service at some point. Having someone to go to, that you know you can trust, is huge.
