The purpose of my visit was for a minor service. I called 6/16/2010 in the afternoon requesting to bringit in on 6/17. They were able to take me at 8:00 AM and had me out by 9:00. MIKE CARRILLO. Let's see IF I can put my gratitude into words. In November, 2009 I purchased my first new car. In March it was broken into. Mike just "took care of it". He made sure all the glass was out of the air-vents, seats, sun-roof, (yes, glass explodes)...it was just taken care of. THEN...in May, the car was "side-swiped". Back to Mike. After a laugh or two ("what'd they do to ya now?")..he just said..."I'll take care of it". Set up the rental car and off I went..knowing that my car would be taken care of...the right way. THEN...(do you think I should get ANOTHER "new" car?), the windshield cracked. POOR Mike. He just didn't know what to say..other than "I'm so sorry". "I'll take care of it". I NOW have "my" NEW car back..and "she" IS like NEW. Mike's professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and just "plain CARING"...has made this experience tolerable. I am so grateful that Mike Carrillo works for HONDA of Oxnard. I know..IF anything else goes wrong with my car..MIKE will make sure "it" is taken care of...the right way. I have worked with alot of car sales associates in the past a DCH Honda of Oxnard gave me excellent service. Expecially the Employee Ronald Anthony. I have worked with alot of car sales associates in the past and Ronald Anthony by far was the best ever! He really put my needs and wants first. I had some very poor customer service in the past and felt like I was pressured and that my needs and wants were not heard. However, Ronald Anthony looked out for my best interest and worked very hard to provide me with everything that I wanted. He listened to me and really cared. I am going through a very difficult time in my life right now and my focus was to save money yet still have a reliable car at a lower monthly payment that would also save me in gas. Ronald Anthony was able to not only save me money on my monthly payments and in gas but put me into a brand new 2010 Honda Accord which is a wonderful car and satisfies my needs and budget. I not only have a new car but I feel like Ronald Anthony will be a friend for life. I would recommend DCH Honda of Oxnard and Ronald Anthony to all of my friend, family or anyone that is looking for a great car and wonderful service.
