Hello John, While we appreciate having the opportunity to gain your business and understand you are frustrated, there are details of your experience we feel should be addressed. The decision to sell the vehicle referenced in your feedback at auction was already made prior to your arrival at our dealership. Following your expressed interest in the vehicle, we negotiated with you on a purchasing price. However, you requested we hold it for two weeks until you had the necessary funds for purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to hold vehicles for that long, and the decision was made to sell to another buyer. If what you are saying is correct then why wouldn’t that information be given to me prior to coming in if the decision was made before I went to the dealership? You are proving my point further of bait and switch tactic since it was known prior to me test driving, as for me asking to hold the car that was not the case I told your salesman that I didn’t have time that night to do anything before the dealership closed and I needed to get to the gym. I called him next day and I was informed of this information and was then told about another vehicle you guys had of the same brand but not the model I wanted and at a higher price. So can you make that make sense as to why as a customer I was not given this information before coming in to test drive the vehicle? Seems like very poor communication or shady business.
