I had a wonderful experience at DCH Nanuet with Tony Oparaku. He was extremely patient and not pushy or aggressive. We walked in to the dealership at around 11am and met Tony for the first time. We had our eyes on a specific Pilot and he immediately helped us find and discuss the particular car. After some discussion Tony for the first time. We had our eyes on a specific Pilot and he immediately helped us find and discuss the particular car. After some discussion, we got down to business and discussed pricing. Tony did not try to upsell us and was very transparent. He was very upfront about the price they had and even came down to accommodate our budget. I don't think anyone enjoys buying used cars (and the grueling process) but in this case, Tony made everything run smoothly. End of story: we left a few hours later with the papers signed and a new pilot! Thank you Tony! More
