I worked with Charles Harris. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and he also understood that I needed to get home by a certain time. He arranged for almost all of the paperwork to be done a day I was looking for, and he also understood that I needed to get home by a certain time. He arranged for almost all of the paperwork to be done a day in advance, and he helped me through every step of purchasing my beautiful, new CRV. As an extra, he also invited me back (at my leisure) for personal instructions on how to use any of the vehicle's features. He was as pleasant as he was helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. More
