Finance Manager Kamu Foggie, and Sales Manager Greg Bradford are some of the worst individuals we've encountered in quite some time. Not only are they rude, disrespectful, liers, and some of the most c Bradford are some of the worst individuals we've encountered in quite some time. Not only are they rude, disrespectful, liers, and some of the most condescending individuals we've ever met but they will flat out lie to you and do not care about you or wasting your time and money. They basically pressured and wasted our time with their lies from saying they know the laws, they are employees of the NYS DMV and that they wouldn't even process the paperwork for our purchase unless I cosigned for my wife even though her credit is 833 and she has a great job. This was totally sexist. She does NOT need a mans approval to buy a vehicle and they do not have the right or the place to tell customers what to do. Asked to speak to the GM in charge of the dealership over them and they refused and then proceeded to lie and said he was the GM. There was a lot more to it than just this but hard to put into words about their tone and attitude and more! More
Buyer beware. Bought a pre-owned truck at DCH Honda in Nanuet with a check. They cashed it. We added it our insurance. Were given the keys. Was about to leave and they tell us that they messed up and put the wrong vin # on my paperwork of another truck we never once looked at or expressed interest in. We were told it would be an additional $8k + if we wanted to purchase the truck that we had just paid for and again had the keys too. They couldn’t figure out how to refund us properly when we did not agree to pay the additional $. The manager never approached us, apologized or even offered to help us, he just avoided us. The best day I spoke to a manger who did not even apologize for dealerships error or wasting our time. I am very pro local businesses and support as many as I can by purchasing local. I’m floored by this experience. More
I had an extremely dissapointing experience purchasing a car with Honda of Nanuet, NY. While it started off well the day of the purchase with my sales associate, Danny Almonte, it was all downhill after th car with Honda of Nanuet, NY. The next day, while driving my daughter to a soccer tournament in New Jersey, my wife called me extremely distressed because she had to pull over on the side of the road because the driver side wind shield wiper wasn't working. Thankfully my wife and daughter made it safely to the tournament after the storm had passed, but a broken part, on a "Certified" Pre-Owned Vehicle is completely unacceptable. Sadley, we had to learn about this while my wife was on the interstate, putting her and my daughter's life in danger as she couldn't see where she was driving. I called the dealership to ask if we could have a loaner or rental while waiting for the repair and we were told no. Unfortunately, my wife had to wait at the dealership for 4 hours for the car to be repaired. I tried calling the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Darren Makofsky three times, about being reimbursed for the $165 we had to spend to fix our 1-day old, Certified Pre-Owned car. Sadly, he never bothered to call back. I will never consider going to DCH Honda of Nanuet again and would never recommend it to anyone. I am also rethinking ever buying a Honda again, instead going with a more reliable Toyota. -Marc Power More

This dealership service department has to be one of the worst in the country scheduling appointments and not honoring them. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer to arrive at the dealership at 7 a.m worst in the country scheduling appointments and not honoring them. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer to arrive at the dealership at 7 a.m. for a simple coolant flush and spend 4 and a half hours there to be told we didn't have the coolant needed for that vehicle. Just about every customer was complaining regarding wait times while in the waiting lobby. More

Really a great person who was so kind, even my daughter with Down syndrome was happy with his kindness and sense of humor! Will hope to deal with him again.
