Thank you for your review. I understand that you were wanting the wiper blades to be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the vehicle is over 12 months old, and wipers are considered maintenance items after that timeframe. Your tires were a bit noisy but not unsafe. We diagnosed that there was no warrantable repair causing the issue and advised you that tires were not unsafe, just a little uneven wear causing a slight humming noise that will hopefully dissipate as the tires even out. You guys unprofessional!! This is a defective tires you want me accepted, it can be replaced under many warranty either toyota or Michelin but because you don't care about customers just our money. ITS NOT ENOUGH WHAT WE PAID OVER PRICED MSRP. its brand new car.
