We live in Union county and have dealers closer to us but we knew we would receive good treatment at DCH toyota since we bought our first hybrid Camry over 11 years ago from them. We were not disappointed. The process of purchasing a new Rav 4 at DCH went smoothly and efficiently. We know we will go back when we replace our 2007 hybrid. More

I admit, I was expecting some haggl As i woman, there's this unspoken theory that you'll be duped and disrespected if you try to purchase a car alone. I admit, I was expecting some haggling and some demeaning comments from a hot shot sales rep. That was the absolute opposite of what I received. I walked into the dealership knowing that there would be some roadblocks for me with trading in my current vehicle. Despite that, my sales rep Justin and I, tried out multiple vehicles that I specifically chose. Through out the test drive, Justin was nothing short of respectful and personable. He didn't try to upsell, connive, or trick me. Justin was upfront, clear, honest, friendly, and prompt. After test riding, Justin inspected my car and had his sales manager, John, do so as well. Unfortunately, because of my own fault we couldn't reach a deal. This was mostly on my end. There appraisal was very fair and their vehicles were very pristine. I don't usually write these reviews, but despite not reaching an agreement, I would recommend this place to my own mother, specifically Justin. If your looking for gimmicks and tricks, this is not the place. They are fair. Genuinely nice people. #Donatelife More
