No delayed replies, no generic/universally formatted replies, they emailed me direct! My family & I arrived @ DCH, & we met w/ Christine who introduced us to Pete. He sat & spoke w/ us, discussed our preferences, viewed our choices, & further narrowed our list, as well as explaining why. Pete was great! He never stopped working w/ us (or for us!) Pete answered our questions & concerns, & offered us privacy to discuss among ourselves...with absolutely no pressure. Pete introduced us to Matt who worked w/ us as well, very professional, & again, no pressure. With the finish line in sight, I met w/ Chad, who was very thorough, explaining all options, & answering any financial questions...Chad basically explained "how much for how much!" Period! Perfect! Also, Kudos! to the employees who (as finalization was taking place) were cleaning and detailing the vehicle. When I left, my RAV4 looked brand new. More

We had a great experience at DCH. I was looking for a good deal on a 2017 truck but found such an awesome price on a brand new 2018 Highlander at DCH. Attentive to our needs Ian first helped us out on a Saturday when he saw us waiting for someone to help us. He was patient and very knowledgeable and when we sat down to discuss pricing he was very straightforward with us, which we appreciated.
