Nick Hoff was great to work with.. he is honest, low key, no pressure, answered every single question I could think of, he was knowledgeable and sincere and made my decision an easy one. From the night I test drove car to after the sale, Nick is a great communicator, and after looking for 2 months, that communication was key in my decision making ! I must admit it takes ALOT to impress me and Nick did not disappoint... highly recommend this young man ! I also need to point out how great the Sales Manager, Matthew Mongiello , was to me. He made our price negotiation extremely simple and very fair. This came less than 1 week after having a horrible experience with another dealership's Sales manager, so Matthew was very refreshing.. thank you Sir ! Lastly, special thanks to the GSM, Dennis Fike. He was able to approve a special circumstance I had financially, many dealerships would have told me NO, Dennis said YES and that enabled me to buy the SUV! I was an internet buyer, and I traveled many miles for what I thought was a great looking SUV at an awesome price !! Well, what I ended up getting was a great SUV and a wonderful dealership, one that I will gladly recommend to all people I know looking for a vehicle . oh, one last thing.... as I way paying for the vehicle, I noticed a sign in the lobby stating that DCH Freehold supports Autism Speaks.... wow...as the Father of a teenage boy with autism this meant the world to me... in fact this SUV is really for my son ... we drive many, many miles together... that was the icing on the cake... Justin Raymond was a great help from the very beginning when I walked into the Toyota Dealership My DCH Freehold experience on 4/7/2018 was Excellent. Justin Raymond was a great help from the very beginning when I walked into the Toyota Dealership. He was very knowledgeable and I could feel he was genuinely sincere from start to end. I’ve bought 2 pre-owned cars at Infiniti Dealers before, but have never experienced the costumer service and care from a car dealership which I experienced at Toyota of Freehold NJ. Justin was absolutely Excellent and very professional. My father who was with me greatly enjoyed and liked him as well. Justin looks like and reminded me of my brother in-law to a ‘T”, warm, approachable and an all around nice person. I wasn’t in the best of moods, having run from dealer to dealer that particular week, but Justin has a really likeable personality so things got better for me. The Sales Manager John Mclaughlin was excellent and Super cool as well. He knows how to talk to people and make you not just see but feel hes genuinely trying to help you. I’ve referred Justin and John’s card to my brother and I’ve told my co workers, and so has my father. In closing DCH has an AWESOME set of people working there. Review of Ian Salon Pre-Owned Camry sales Ian was very helpful once again in the last purchase. We had to purchase two pre-owned Camry's in the last 3 weeks and the reason we ask for Ian t Ian was very helpful once again in the last purchase. We had to purchase two pre-owned Camry's in the last 3 weeks and the reason we ask for Ian this second go around was because of his helpfulness we experience with the 1st Camry purchase ~3 weeks ago. As most car buyers know, waiting around at the dealer for all the paper work to be prepared as you wait is a real pain and unnecessary. So we asked Ian, since these two purchases were for cash, to follow the same request we had for the earlier Camry purchase. Once the purchase amount was agreed upon and we stated we'll pay cash, we requested that all the paper work be prepared for us while we attended conference calls for work. We stated we would return when Ian was ready with the paper work. Ian agreed and prepared all the paper work for signature so all we had to do when we returned later that day was sign, pay and drive away (saving hours of our precious time. We requested the same approach for this latest purchase that occurred 4/7/18. Ian pushed the paper work through so that al we again needed to do was sign off the various documents, talk to finance - pay, and the drive the car away. Overall we estimate that saved us 1.5-3 hours of wasted time at the dealer for each purchase. We will required similar efforts from dealers for future purchases.
