Happy with Hybrid This is the third car my wife and I have purchased from this dealer. We have been happy with all purchases and I would like to say that Ian was very p This is the third car my wife and I have purchased from this dealer. We have been happy with all purchases and I would like to say that Ian was very professional and knowledgeable on the hybrid we were most interested in. At other dealers we were pressured to purchase a "real deal" on non-hybrid models even if the car we were interested was available as a hybrid. It was refreshing to speak with someone who listens and helps make the right choice and the right deal. We looked for over 6 months before making our purchase and are very happy with Ian's help in selecting this model and the efficiency in making the purchase so quickly. We will continue to have our car serviced at DCH. More

While shopping around I have seen many car sales person to push something through your throat, even if you dont want that. But he is a perfect gentleman. He will listen to the customer's need. he will not give an inch of space to be a disatiesfied customer. Even after buying the car you feel something went wrong, if you could address the concern to Ian and if it a genuine reason he will rectify it immediately. The best thing is that he will not brag about it. I wish there could be more salesperson like Ian. More

I resent being forced to pay over $200 dollars for floor mats. .Thats what the dealer does. More

The deal went extremely smooth as Ian really knows his customers needs and works with them explaining various different ideas to get our satisfaction. He did that as we our extremely satisfied with the the bottom Iine of our new XLE AWD. My wife looked at me and said that was easiest car deal we ever did and our terms / needs were met.
