He seemed very busy but he took the time to sit with my mother and I, and helped us to achieve a great deal on a C-HR. He listened to our concerns and was adamant to find us a deal we could accept and I’m so grateful for that because I didn’t want to go to dozens of dealerships. More
Just a bad experience Wanted to buy a new car. After choosing a vehicle at the dealership , I had to make 4 MORE TRIPS to the dealer. One was over a holiday weekend. Saturd Wanted to buy a new car. After choosing a vehicle at the dealership , I had to make 4 MORE TRIPS to the dealer. One was over a holiday weekend. Saturday. They told me to come in to fill out the paperwork 9:30am. I get there and I’m told their systems were hacked and could not process and sales. How about a phone call to cancel my appointment! I was told to come back on Monday (the holiday). I later received a call from the salesperson that all the systems are not functioning yet and it would be best for me to come back later in the week. So on a holiday you could not complete any sales?!?! Or was i already a guaranteed sale so make me wait and make more sales instead?When I went back two days later, they did the paperwork mostly by hand but was told I had to come back to sign paperwork. I agreed to finance an agreed amount but the finance person added something incorrectly. When I had to go back to get the registration a couple weeks later they called to tell me the cost of the registration but never mentioned the additional cost. I went there ready to pay $89 and left paying almost $300. When I mentioned I was not happy to the cashier, she called the manager Matt over. I already did not have a pleasant experience (Besides having to keep going back to the dealer, I was originally told the car would be available in 3 to five days. i did not get into the vehicle until almost 3 weeks later!) and I started to tell Matt I was again not happy about the way things were handled he stopped me and said VERY LOUDLY “I could remove the extra money but You know what, since you are going to slam me on your review, CHARGE HIM.” He yelled this to the cashier from about twenty feet away. There were also customers in earshot who heard him as well. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by anyone. It was a total lack of respect for his client no matter how unhappy he or she was. When I complained about the cost to the dealer customer relations department , I was told they spoke with Matt and there was nothing they could do. Had he kept his cool and removed the cost, I would of left feeling much better about the whole experience. But after this, I will NEVER buy another vehicle there again (and I drive 45,000-50,000miles a year. I go through vehicles quickly) They have lost my, my friends, and my family’s business. More

Daughter ‘s Car Surprise!!! Car in as little as 2 hours!!!! Nicholas and the whole DCH Toyota team was awesome. We can in at 7:00 we were shown the availabile cars on the lot. He had the car ready and we surprised my daughter, that same night. He even help me make the large car bow for the top of the car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. When I need a new Toyota, DCH Toyota is where in going and Nick is the salesperson I want. Thank you for making our purchase very easy. Also Meir thank you for helping out on the deal as well. Not a great experience Went to visit Toyota Freehold and Justin Raymind was nice and very helpful. However Andrea Nieves, sales director one of the rudest person ive met. At the end we decided to choose a car best for me and my family. Andrea calls to say I went to stringing them along. Lied to me and said they held a car for me when the car never arrived to the dealership. They never called me to follow up on when the car would arrive. I had to go there in person to see when it was arriving. She also goes to say to “I hope no one in your business that’s you like this!” I don’t k ow how a company and big as DCH Toyota would allow someone to speak to a customer like that. I was going to lease the Highlander but after this experience I will NEVER go there or recommend anyone to go to that dealership and be spoke to like that only because I did not sign a lease with them. I am a Camry person, and when I walk into a dealership I am not in the mood for a high pressure sale, I am looking for information on the car which is what Ian provided without me asking. I am really appreciative that there was no pressure. I looked at the 2018 Toyota Camry SE and said let me think about it, and did not hear the typical buy it now or.....etc. He made the whole purchase very easy and fun. If you are in the market for a Toyota Ian is the easiest and most respectful sales person to work with. I highly recommend Ian !!!! More
