The real test of any salesperson is if he or she is willing to spend time with you even if it's unlikely that you will purchase a vehicle right away. On several occasions I dropped by with questions about new models as I was trying to determine when I should replace my former ride. Ian always took the full amount of time necessary to answer all of my questions. A lot of my questions were technical in nature and he is a tech- savvy fellow. If he didn't know the answers, he would get back to me every time. When I eventually did purchase all went smoothly, no rush. What more can you ask for? As for the dealership, DCH Toyota in Freehold, I have been servicing my vehicles there for many years. They try hard to arrange a loaner car, sometimes on short notice. I really appreciate that! I decided to put a deposit on the car and got into a conversation with Nick who was also a positive nice guy. I wanted the car that night, feeling like it was too late telling Dennis I'd be back in a few days, however he was willing to stay just for me. I decided to take off work the following day and met Nori an awesome woman who really helped carry me through the rest of the process in addition to test driving a newer model that caught my interest. The main priority was my well being I did not feel like a number or just a sale it was nice. While in the process Meir (mayor) breezed through with an upbeat energy that brought some laughs.
