Nori, sold me a certified 2015 Camry and she never disclosed that the rear bumper is painted, for sure i am not sure if they replaced the whole bumper or repainted the old one and what the reason of that? When i asked her, she said yes and they have the reason to not disclose any repairs if its coast less than $500!!! If i will go to the dealer asking for a new bumper and paint how much will coast? Second i got my car with 12k miles warranty, one week later went back to them because i heard noise from the heating vents when i turn the heat, back on march 2019. With only 5 minutes test drives they wasn’t able to figure out the reason. From two weeks when the cold weather is back and i turned on the heat, i got the same noise, i went back they figured out the heat motor blower need to be replaced with $450 and they declined to change it for free, because i had more than 12k now on my car. Third, on the first visit also, i complained that i am having like a tapping noise from the end of my car, also they didn’t get it when i went there. In my last visit the technician checked my car and said the noise coming from the tension bar clip for my trunk and its damaged, now i figured out that my car was in an accident before they sell it to me. How come a camry 2015 with almost 66000k now and has all these problems. They’re are the worst place. Will take your money then lie to you. On July 22,2019 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Freehold Toyota. I was persuaded to take a Vehicle Service Agreement for $1,795.00, for which they char On July 22,2019 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Freehold Toyota. I was persuaded to take a Vehicle Service Agreement for $1,795.00, for which they charged me sales tax. After 25 days I canceled the VSA (within the 30 day window without penalty) and was told by Toyota Financial that the $1795. would be credited to my principal loan amount. I asked about the sales tax of $154,81 and they said I would get that back from the dealer. I called the dealer and spoke to Paul Leahy Business Manager Finance dept. who sold me the policy. He said he would submit a refund but it will most likely go to Toyota Financial towards my loan. It has been over 2 months and has still not been credited to my account. I have called him on 8/19, 9/24 and 10/4. the first 2 calls he told me it would take 5 days. after that he does not answer my calls or return my calls. All of my calls have been recorded. Do not use this dealership. More
