He gave us the time we needed with making a decision/provided feedback and answered all our questions. Also Nick who is currently in the finance Dept was in sales in the past and helped me lease a Rav 4 two years ago. Nick remembered my husband and I as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a huge welcome. He set us up with Ian and came up to us several times to ensure everything was going well. DCH is extremely busy on a Saturday but it is a pleasure to deal with a kind easy going team. More

Worst customer service everI scheduled service to add Worst customer service ever I scheduled service to add remote start ,I had to take time off from work and I dropped off the car after 2 hours they ca Worst customer service ever I scheduled service to add remote start ,I had to take time off from work and I dropped off the car after 2 hours they called and told me sorry we didn’t order the part and we will reschedule. I went after a week and I told it will be done in 2 hours ,I stayed there for 4 hours . No body care about the customer time. Not happy at all More
