My wife and I just recently purchased a 2022 Toyota 4Runner trd off road premium. Ian was our sales associate and what a professional, courteous and knowledgeable individual he was. As for other staff members at DCH Freehold I could not say the same. Namely a sales manager named “Mayor.” From the moment he sat down to discuss price, Mayor was abrasive and arrogant. The only reason why we did not walk out was because after asking for a difference associate, Matthew was able to assist us fully. I appreciated the professionalism both of those individual showed us to end up locking in a competitive price in this market. Thank you Ian and Matthew, you by far saved the sale. As for Mayor, he should be sent to some additional customer service trainings in the future. More

He was beyond rude and degrading with the way he spoke to us. He cursed in front of us, he was combative, told us multiple times to google things, and then tried pinning my husband and I against each other. But nonetheless, I highly recommend working with Ian, I look forward to working with him again in the future! More
